My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2020

Cold winds were blowing this morning when I went out to exercise.
Sometimes the sun would rise in the sky and sometimes clouds would come in front of it.
Thus the eye was moving between the sun and the clouds.
And I was exercising at the time.
During this time I took some pictures

آج صبح سویرے جب میں ورزش کے لیے نکلا اس وقت ٹھنڈی ہوائیں چل رہی تھیں . آسمان پر سورج کبھی نکلتا تھا اور کبھی اس کے آگے بادل آجاتے تھے ۔ اس طرح سورج اور بادلوں کے درمیان آنکھ مچولی چل رہی تھی ۔ اور میں اس وقت ورزش کر رہا تھا ۔ اس دوران میں نے چند تصویریں بنائیں

I exercise early every morning.
And I get to my crops while exercising. Our crops look beautiful.
Early in the morning the eyes feel very cool.
When a person sees greenery, his eyes get a lot of peace

میں ہر روز صبح سویرے ورزش کرتا ہوں ۔ اور ورزش کرنے کے دوران میں اپنی فصلوں میں پہنچ جاتا ہوں ۔ ہماری فصل بہت خوبصورت نظر آتی ہیں ۔ صبح سویرے آنکھوں کو بہت ٹھنڈک محسوس ہوتی ہے ۔ جب انسان سبزہ دیکھتا ہے تو آنکھوں کو بہت سکون ملتا ہے
