Hello, again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1243. It's also the alive and thriving report on Saturday, Jan 11, 2025.
On Saturday morning, I walked briskly for 15 minutes. After the office, I walked on the treadmill for another 30 minutes. These two helped me reach 10k plus steps on Saturday. So, it's a win, Alhamdulillah.
On the first workday of the week, I had duty as the reliever doctor. There I consulted 28 patients. All were routine cases and no emergency case arrived, Alhamdulillah.
At home, I had a power morning nap and a long afternoon nap. A bit lazy day it was, wasn't it?
