My Short Diary on Thursday, Dec 02, 2025 | Alive and Thriving on the last workday of the week

Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1240. It's also the alive and thriving report on Thursday, December 02, 2025, the last workday of the week.

One housemaid was brought to my chamber. She was having lower abdominal pain, one-time vomiting, and urinary pain. A nurse examined her and found more pain in the mid-lower abdomen and right lower abdomen area. It could be a simple urine infection or an acute appendicitis case. The attending sponsor was a good and conscious lady. She was also worried about being an appendicitis case. To reach the final diagnosis, we needed to perform a CBC, urine routine microscopy, and ultrasound scanning. As we didn't have an ultrasound facility, I offered to do the other two tests. However, she wanted all the tests. Hence, they decided to go to another hospital where all the tests were available. The housemaid was a lucky one in one aspect. She got a good sponsor!

On Thursday, I consulted 24 patients in my chamber. Hence, it was an average busy day at the office.

In the morning, I made a short brisk walk after the morning prayer. Later, at night, I had another 15-minute treadmill walk. As a result, I could make over 11k steps on Thursday.
