The good thing about Actifit is that it motivates me to get outside, even though I am not a fan of exercise!
I usually take photos of the places I walk for my daily life and walking and post them along with the number of steps taken. I like to post as many different photos as possible, so it gives me a chance to take different routes and find new scenery.
So today I decided to visit an Asian food store that has been on my mind for some time. It is a store that was recently established last year or this year, and it sells Southeast Asian foods, spices, snacks, etc.
When I entered the store, I was intrigued by the many products that I did not see elsewhere, but along the way I noticed that many of the items did not have price tags 😂
No price tag is a problem... The owner was not very friendly and difficult to ask. Gradually I became uncomfortable, so I slunk out. So I don't have any pictures of my shopping. (Sometimes it is not possible to take a target photo like this...)
I decided to walk back through the park on my way home. The park is located along a road, with residential areas on both sides of the road. The roads on both sides are rather busy with cars, which makes me a bit uncomfortable, but the park is closed to cars and bicycles, so I can walk there without any worries. The trees with red and yellow leaves are very beautiful, and I was satisfied to be able to take good autumnal photos!
I had reached 5,000 steps and was waiting at a traffic light to go home when I noticed that the phone in my pocket was vibrating. I looked at the number and saw that it was the elementary school my elder son attends.
It was a call from the person in charge of the elementary school nurse's office. My son, who was resting in the nurse's office due to a headache, had started vomiting and asked if I could come pick him up. I said I would be there immediately and went straight to the elementary school. My son had not eaten the school lunch that had been brought to him and was sleeping with a futon over his head. He had no fever, and as I had heard on the phone, he had a headache anyway.
There was nothing to do but to go home and rest, so I took him straight home. He took some pediatric headache medicine at home and went to sleep, which seemed to help a little. In the afternoon, my second son had swimming lessons, and since we have been walking to his swimming lessons since last month, my steps today increased considerably.
When I got home, my elder son was completely fine...I don't know what headache or vomiting it was, but I hope it won't happen again!

Seeing such a beautiful sunny autumn day makes me so jealous because here, we are having very depressing cold, dark, windy, and gloomy weather and it feels like we haven't seen the sun for years 😂...
Yeah I will have to be thankful just that the sky is blue and clear like this. I hope peace comes to your country soon.
Stay warm and take care of yourself.
❤️
