My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022

For my first ACTIFIT activity, I achieved 10,000 movements.

I did some household chores, running, walking and majority of my day was dedicated to home improvement.

My beau and I just relocated here in our newly rented apartment and we designed it and gave it an 'overall changed in appearance', and after that we rewarded ourselves pastas, pizza and fried chicken.
