Although my activity score lacks a few more steps below my 10k goal, I’m still quite happy with my achievement because Sundays is what I consider as my low activity days. I’m usually relaxing on Sundays so it’s something to be expected.
Even so, I’m still able to go to the gym today to do some of my workout routine. I did more:
- 40 counts chest press
- 40 counts lat pulldown
- 12 minutes run on the treadmill
For my dinner, I had a nice fish head soup with rice because I was feeling hungry after the workout.
