Once again, I did well with my activity counts by achieving more than 13k steps. I’m always excited to post this kind of score for my Actifit report because it has been my source of motivation to keep going no matter how tiring it is.
A while ago, I went to the gym to run for 12 minutes on the treadmill, did 30 counts of chest press, 30 counts of lat pull, and then 15 counts of dumbbells too.
With my activities lately, I fueled myself with a nice dinner which is the seafood fried rice.
