It looks like I did well in today’s activity score, I made it past the 14k which is the first this week (i think 😃). That means my walk earlier has resulted to a good score.
I also went to the gym which Also added to my activity counts. A 12 minute run on the treadmill and 60 counts of squats made a big difference with my score too.
For my lunch, I had a nice combination of Saba fish, mushroom, brocolli, and then egg too. It was very satisfying!
