I may fall short of my goal for today because I focused on relaxing. Tomorrow I will make up for it by doing more activities to balance my low activity count for today.
My lunch was great! I had Japanese food: a bowl of ramen, tempura, and pork belly.
I didn't go to the gym today, so I have scheduled that tomorrow, although it's a Sunday, I will go to the gym to do my workout routine.
