I just got back from the gym and completed my usual workout routine. I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes, did 30 reps of chest presses, 30 reps of lat pulls, and 20 reps using 10kg dumbbells. I feel good about it, even though it was just a short workout, because the important thing is that I got myself off the couch, engaged in physical activity, and burned a few calories in the process.
For lunch, I had a hearty meal consisting of grilled chicken, boiled broccoli, braised mushrooms, and a hard-boiled egg. I felt fully satisfied with this meal and proud of myself for finishing all the vegetables too.
