My flu experience has been tricky. A few days ago, I thought I had fully recovered. However, yesterday things took a turn. Suddenly, my flu symptoms returned, accompanied by body aches. My lower limbs feel as if I've walked for several hours, my joints are hurting, and my muscles are sore. Initially, I worried I might have dengue fever, but it seems to be just a normal flu since I don't have any other symptoms associated with dengue. This realization made me feel relieved and less worried about my condition.
Given this, I went to one of my favorite restaurants and got myself a nice bowl of ginseng chicken soup. This is my go-to dish whenever I'm feeling unwell and want to recover quickly. Although there's no scientific evidence that this dish can actually heal my body, my faith in its healing properties helps with my recovery. That's why I always choose this dish when I'm sick, and usually, it helps me feel better.
Regarding my activity score, I managed to achieve 12,174 steps, which really surprised me because I didn't feel worse despite all the walking. While I know rest is important for recovery, I believe that staying moderately active benefits my body and helps me be less reliant on medicines.
For now, I'm going to rest and hopefully feel better in the morning. Good night, Actifiters!
