Hi Actifitters,
as mentioned in my last report, yesterday was a friend's move and I was there almost all day to help. I'm curious to see if the muscle soreness will get worse. So far, I only feel it a little. But it's the same every time. Moving uses different muscles than regular fitness training.
Today I'll be following a light version of my regular training plan. On the agenda are regular and close-grip push-ups, dumbbell shoulder presses, lateral and front raises, also with dumbbells, and a session on the indoor bike. I will shorten it a bit as I had a really short night and am therefore unfit. But completely foregoing training is out of the question. So I will do the two forms auf push-ups followed by an hour on the Wahoo Kickr.
In the late afternoon, a friend picks me up and we drive to another friend's house to watch the German Bundesliga football match Bayern München vs. Mainz.
