Pull-up performance test and another base workout on my indoor bike - November 25 2025

(Here is another fungus I shot a few weeks ago. According to Google Lens it could be a coral mushroom (Ramaria pallida) which seems to be very rare. I saw many of them so I think Goolge Lens is wrong. Does anyone have any idea what kind of mushroom this actually is?)

hope you are fine. Yesterday I followed my plan and did a performance test in pull-ups with resistance band support. I could do ten and am pretty happy with it because that's the same amount I could do before my break. According to my training plan my next goal looks like this:

set 1set 2set 3set 4set 5break between sets
2322max (min. 3)120 seconds

On top I did as many slow and clean crunches as I could, followed by another 59 minutes base workout on my smart trainer. Because I decided to follow the training advice of my Garmin Enduro 3 I have to do a rest day today. So all I will do today is a walk outside to get some fresh air.

It seems that nearly nobody is reading the reports what is pretty sad but luckily there was one lone commenter a few minutes before the end. Congratulations @burn950! I sent your HSBI share already.
