Happy upcoming New Year everyone!
I hope the next year you will get even closer to your goals and will lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
I have decided for 2025, I'm gonna focus on ONE habit each month. So for January, I'm solely gonna focus on getting enough sleep. For February, it's gonna be working out. For march, it's gonna be efficient mornings. Next, efficient evenings. And i'm gonna focus on them through TL goals - so I'm still gonna do my weekly goals and stuff but now more on my notion. My habits are more of a MUST. This is the first time I'm gonna try to focus on one by one, I had always done more of immediate changes but maybe the reason why I'm not consistent with them for long is because I'm not optimizing for sustainability. I truly want to start building my routines this new year as well and especially with my whole building business thing, I really need to make sure I prioritize myself instead of getting sucked in the whole hustle grind.
