All right. Had an excellent day today. No obligations, no plans. So I had a special day. Did some tidying up at home, cooked a bit and ate, did the dishes, drank coffee. Read a book for close to an hour and half. Took a long walk. Remarkable day.I find motivation can wax and wane so its all about getting into good habits. This week I read a lot and gained some solid fitness. My diet was good but could be better and certainly i could have been better with meditation, sleep, especially the more spiritual side of things.
Where to go to from here? Always another book to get read , so will plan for that. Will focus on my above weaknesses such as diet and sleep/meditation. I have gotten left behind on paperwork so I can try to make systems to combat this. I have been good at taking leave especially study related so this is something to keep up. I think I can work more on my creative projects.
