My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2024

Despite the busy schedule, I made an effort to stay active by incorporating a few walks and brief workout routines. These small moments of movement not only helped me maintain some consistency in my fitness but also provided mental breaks.I ’ve been sleeping well this week, which has made a big difference in helping me manage the exhaustion from the heavy workload of tasks. Staying consistent with my walks has also been really beneficial, providing a much-needed mental reset and keeping me active despite the demanding schedule. This balance of rest and light activity has been key to maintaining my energy and focus during such a busy time.

What can I improve for next time?
Refining my schedule will make my habits more efficient. By putting more focus on tactics, I can enhance my plans, correct any minor or major mistakes I notice, and adapt to those changes.With the help of progress tracking and daily reminders it will be easy for me to complete the goals and habits. Will be utilizing a lot of Pomodoro timers to help increase and add more time on focus.
