A busy day at work! This is my last week in my current position, so I'm pushing myself extra hard to finish up well, which means maximizing how many orders I fill in a shift - so lots of speed walking around the store and back areas as I push a cart.
At our new apartment, I'm trying to get in the habit of cleaning everyday. I figure if my orientation is toward making our home a little nicer everyday, it won't get dirty in the first place, so cleaning won't feel like such an insurmountable chore. Yesterday, I scrubbed the toilet, the kitchen sink, and the stove after my partner cooked up some delicious steak I got from the reduced price meat section.
