I started the day by renewing Wim Hof Method app yearly membership and having a cold shower. A good start it was.
Then it was office work all the day, including bowling session in the afternoon. Long time no bowling and it felt. In second game I finally got the old touch back and did a couple of strikes.
Overall, it was fun and in good company.
In the evening, some doggy walk with three dogs in the forest. Great conclusion of a decent enough day. #poprzeczka for first day in December 2025 reached easily.
