The day dawned clear and sunny βοΈ with the promise of hotter temperatures later in the day. We set out for church βͺοΈ and after, had a worship/ sound meeting. Weβve been waiting on the electrician to get the 2-20amp lines run that we requested. Until thatβs done we are stuck. We had the opportunity to discuss at length with him about various aspects of the system and Iβm hopeful that the electric will be in place within in the next 2 weeks. Then, @silvertop and myself will re-install it. Once thatβs done, the we should be back to the regular system which will be nice!
Once home I we dinked with some stuff online and mid afternoon set out for a hike, just the 2 of us.
It has been since May that we have been to Soaring Eagle π¦ Trail, so we decided to head that way. Itβs been so hot π₯΅ and the mosquitoes π¦ so bad that we just have been hiking closer to home and in areas where the mosquito werenβt quite so bad.
Anyway, hereβs some eye π candy π for you!
It was hot, but a little cooler on Soaring Eagle π¦ Trail. I didnβt really want to go back home. I would have been content to just sit there for a while and observe.
Tomorrow will be hotter yet, so the morning will be one of chores and some continuing education. Then weβll trek out to Costco and Iβll head for one of the walk-in refrigerator areas and hang out, lol! π€£π€£π€£

Yikes, mosquitos can be a bother! Do they bite you?
Mosquitos just love to feast on me. And I am very conscious of mosquito bites. They swell really bad.
Luckily, there is not many here, hehehe.

Yes they bite me and I'm allergic to them! It often can develop into cellulitis, which isn't a lot of fun!

Thank you @thereikiforest! It is a beautiful area that we live in and are blessed by all of the nature that surrounds us!
The sound system deal will work out. For now, we just haul our own equipment when we lead. At least that's only once a month, and it's not too difficult to do it. We have hauled more in the past, but have streamlined the process.

Yes that sounds like something I'll do too after a long walk under the hot sun.

That dead tree looks like an insect hotel ,
With the little holes in the middle. There is a trail here in Italy I might do that one but the weather is 44 degrees and I am not a well traine biker so might have to wait a few days or start early , Ofcourse I will blog about it
