To honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. our school is running a coat drive to help families in our community stay warm for the winter. It was one of the four stories in our 4th Bushwick Lions Newscast this past Thursday. Also top of mind was our Interim Assessments, January Birthdays, and a Teacher Feature.
Friday was thankfully short, ending at 1pm with no professional development. Our roommate is finally coming home on Saturday, so on Friday, my partner and I did some final cleaning about the apartment.
But with the short day, I had a short activity window. I got home, cleaned cooked, watched, slept. One last day of TikTok here in the US. My girl is taking it hard. Until next time...
