Not So Hard -- Actifit Report Card: January 8, 2025

Well, 75 Hard was a bit harder than I thought. I woke up Wednesday morning tired as hell, and I didn't feel like getting out of bed. Instead of getting on the treadmill and getting my Splinterlands battles in, I stayed comfy in bed and played my tournament events under covered. I kept faith that I would be able to fit in two separate workouts after school.

Truth is that after I got home from school at 6pm from my news production club, I was even more tired than in the morning. I had no gas to get the workouts in. I still hung tough with my diet and food journaling, but I've cut back a bit on the water to 88 ounces (for good luck).

At least I'm keeping those steps up. Another easy 10K at school, look at that concentration of steps during my working hours! No wonder I was so gassed when I got home. Until next time...

Good to rest and recover as well buddy!

Yeah man. Needed it after that tough start to the school year. I'm covering for some teachers who are out, so those were some long days with less breaks than I'm accustomed to.

A bit of rest can't do any harm... Yesterday, in addition to my 30 steps, I had to clear some snow from my backyard. My sport for the week is done 😀

Ooooh snow! I would go sledding, but I don't have the snow clothes with me in Brooklyn.
