Hey Actifiters!
After so much activity over the weekend doing yard work, I was really sore at the beginning of this week. Week. So I allowed yesterday to just be a rest day and I didn't do much activity. I think my body needed a break.
I'm still feeling sore today, but didn't want to end up sitting at my desk all day so I did my usual lunch break walk. It was a beautiful, sunny and clear day, though. A little cold so I was glad that I bundled up.

It made for a great walk and I'm glad I got out and moving because it did seem to help loosen up my sore and achy muscles.
