Hey Actifiters!
Today was a much cooler day than yesterday - cloudy and cool. Still beautiful though in its own right.
Honestly, a part of me did not want to go for a walk today. However, since it wasn't raining I did manage the effort for a lunch break walk. I'm sure glad I did, ended up being really enjoyable.
The cool air was refreshing and being active. Gave a little boost to my energy and mood which made the rest of the day a lot more enjoyable as well. It goes to show as a reminder to me, that being active is something that is really helpful and something I need to be consistent with. The benefit also was being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
