Hey Actifiters!
It was a beautiful day today in the Rogue Valley. I got the opportunity to take my kiddos to school this morning and it was cold and clear up at our house, but foggy in town. It was pretty neat to see that a blanket of fog was covering town as we drove down the hill. Wish I had been able to take a picture, but I was driving so better that I didn't 🙂
I worked while I ate my lunch today and when I was done eating I was feeling rather tired. Maybe I ate too much. Maybe it was something else. Either way, I took that as a sign that I needed to take a break and get out for a walk.
Turns out that was just what I needed. Sometime in the sun, being active for a little bit, and the brisk weather was a big help to boost my energy and allow me to refocus once I got back to work. The sun certainly made it for a beautiful day.
On my walk, I went past the bakery production building. Not sure what they were making, but it certainly smelled delicious. Probably some muffins or cinnamon rolls is my guess. It was a nice cherry on top of the already beautiful walk.
My walk total was just over 1.5 miles - a decent bit of activity for me.
