Today was a good day lots of steps. I’m still without a car so I think that leads to me taking more steps for example I walked over to pick up my kid tonight instead of drove. Those little changes add up when you trying to lose weight and get more steps in. But not having a car has also caused a problem with trying to bum rides from people and figure out how to get to work on time every day.
I should have back on Monday, but I still gotta make sure I get my steps
