Today was a double workout day. And both workouts done in the hive hat. The hive hat has been through a lot with me. I just can’t wait to tell the kids one day when they see all the pictures of me in this hat that I’ve went to $30 and I got to pay off my house with it.
Today I got a great workout in the gym. Then I went on a long hike with my nine-year-old son. It was really good to get to bond with him and have about an hour and a half of just hiking. You don’t get that very often in today’s world kids are busy kids are at school. Life gets busy so it was really fun to just get out there with that kiddo and have some fun with him.
Tomorrow should be another good day looking forward to breaking 10k steps again.
