Beautiful Park Walk in Multan. Peaceful añd Relaxing. My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025 -

Hi Actifit Friends.

After many days, the weather here in our city was hot, so we decided to go to a park in an open area, where most people came to sit in the sun. Because some people's houses here are not big enough to let the sun shine, and there are small houses, so whenever it is sunny in winter, they come to such places.

Life is passing by very fast and new year has started and its days are also passing fast so here if we think once about our life then we have to make a lot of changes in life this year if we want to. We want to live a good and healthy life and in the coming time all of us who are there live happily with each other.

If you want to help, especially these changes we have made what we have to do is that it will bring happiness into our lives and we will all start to live a much more prosperous life and here if we want to live a healthy life, every time I go for a walk like this, the experience is enough. It's good to talk to people who come there who are older people who have been walking daily for the past 10-12 years and are healthy.

And we see that no matter how much money we have, if we don't have good health, then this money is of no use to us, because until now no human being could buy life with money. It is written to leave the world at this time, but if we want to live a healthy and good life as long as we have to spend in this world and we don't have to visit the hospital again and again,

Then this is it. Maybe we will have to walk every day, me too This is the effort to find each and every place of my honey and take my walk there daily. The benefit of this is that when I go for a walk in different places, I meet different people there and each person has a different personality. There is a lot to learn from different thinking.

This place was quite far from our house so we had gone here by bike and was told about this place by one of our cousins because his house was near this place and he knew about it. That we are working on this platform and here we try to make a positive impact of our city to tell the people living in the whole world outside that the people here are very peaceful and very much.

There are special lovers and whoever our city or if our country comes to visit, we respect it a lot and this is the effort to be more hospitable so that the wrong impression of our country in the whole world can end now and people can come here because the ancient places that are here are quite a lot and are also quite beautiful, so the benefit is that people from all over the world will be able to see them and explore them.

There are such people here and there are such shopkeepers, we are seeing videos on social media these days that some Englishmen come to visit our country and the people here are so good that here they no money is taken from what they eat and here it is said that the people here are peaceful and always respect the guests so much that it is an impression of what our country is. May the world be good again.

Here, if we talk about the market a little now, as I had predicted, this week we have seen getting pumped up a lot, but here at the moment a wrong news is crushing the market. Trump is going to be implicated in a case on the 10th and if that happens, Trump will still not be in office on the peace date, so the fact is that if that happens, we're going to have a very bad market.

The condition may appear and Which will see the market going down, so it's better that we have to see what happens with this case, but I feel that in the near future, Trump will definitely come because he has won by hard work. And the big investors who are with him, then here we come to our topic, here we were seeing that there were a lot of beautiful trees, flowers and plants, there were pink plants and flowers.

And here there were purple ones too so we liked all these things a lot, so here we stood and tried to make beautiful pictures to share with you. If we want to see the benefits of walking, we will ask the doctor here once we see him and if he has time, Dr. will tell us about its many benefits because if we have a good and healthy body. If we want to live, we have no other solution than this,

So here we were seeing that there were palm trees and these trees will be seen here in our city everywhere and when it is ready. People go to them take it down and then sell it in the market and some people take it to their home to eat because it is good for our health and it is very powerful but here at this time we everyone is getting it for free so people don't appreciate it unless money is invested in something then people don't like it.

Here this middle part was decorated in a much more beautiful way and the work was more labor intensive. The flowers that are growing well because without water they will never grow well, their growth was very good and they were very happy to see.
