My Actifit RC: June 24th 23 - A long Alive day on the waterfront - IAAC #385

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

A small group of white tourist clouds are visiting the intense blue of a clear sky in early summer. They too admire from above the immeasurable natural and artistic beauty of the old royal city.

Humans complain about the weather but not the plants. This basil plant, after having survived the winter and the parasites, seems also to want to try the enterprise of resisting an abundant flowering. The new leaves, in fact, are of an intense green never seen before on this plant.

Just the time to admire the colors of a solitary but beautiful flower that enlivens the shapes of my balcony that I am ready for the departure of a new journey towards the Neapolitan summer.

After a long journey on foot I find myself in the gardens of Piazza Vittoria. The sky seems to smile in the summer but the twist is imminent.

A burst of cold air from north-east Europe forms a slight depression on the Apennines unleashing violent storms that obscure the sky over the hills that frame Naples.

Despite the distant threat nothing seems to discourage swimmers who have found relief from the suffocating grip of this early summer heat on the rocks of Caracciolo unaware of the ban on access. Some street traders invite me not to do the weather and, with their experience, they tell me that you don’t have to worry.

I just listen to them and within half an hour I’m already back home and I stop at the supermarket on the outskirts of the neighborhood to do the shopping. After all, I had run out of coffee and I couldn’t help but return home in the storm. But then the street traders were right and not a drop fell from the sky.

Since my hunger for the city had not been fed in the evening I return with a friend of mine to enjoy the air that had freshened up thanks to a cool breeze coming down from the hills. Finally we start breathing.

Arrived in front of the Molosiglio the scene that appeared before was already satisfying of the price of the ticket. The Moon was courted by Jupiter in the sky and further on, between a tree and the Royal Palace there was Venus observing with envy the romantic scene.

After the twilight of the park of the Neapolitan nautical circle we arrive in the colorful lights of Piazza Plebiscito and despite the objective moved the majestic square that embraces the show people.

Also tonight I am walking on Via Chiaia illuminated by soft lights suitable for the classicism of its architectural design and still decorated in part by the flags of this year’s triumphal football march.

It’s the first hours of Saturday night. Soon these already quite sunny alleys will fill with youth in search of the mundane night entertainment.

Here it is full of beautiful and characteristic bars and modern pubs.

And here we are in Piazza Vittoria. With the first lights of the night the sea becomes magic and the boats help to illuminate the black color of the little agitated waters of the Gulf.

Tonight the waters of the enchanting gulf opposite the town villa are incredibly crowded with boats that enjoy the smell of worldly life.

Among the various boats also the Yatch of the richest man in the world Arnault which was not allowed to dock in the port of Mergellina. Too cumbersome the lavish ship of the French billionaire.

First they buy too big ships and then they realize how impractical they are. Let’s do something now and enlarge the Gulf of Naples to let them in. Meanwhile we study how to enlarge the planet to meet the incommensurable ego of a single individual.

The fact should be humiliating but the protagonist of this #iamalivechallenge number 385 does not seem so broken by what happened rather smiles #alive as always.
