My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2024

Just a lazy 4 klm run yesterday. It was good to put the foot down and stride out at more of a pace that I used to do.

Rehab is hard, especially getting back into the regular rhythm but back injuries are the worst. Just have to build slowly to make sure I don’t lose Verdi it and just listen to what my body tells me.
