Continued my running today and continued my process of extending the length of the running intervals on Sunday. Today I am increased to 5x 1000m with 250m rest in between. Took it easy and was quite slow, but I feel that it’s getting better. The humidity was high and it was reasonably hot, so still trying to take it easy. Not quite at that point that I want to push hard. I’m need to work on some core exercises to prove support for my back. Wood choppers, planks, single leg pistol squats are some of what I am looking at to in improve strength, but looking to get in some serious stretching.
My V02 has been improving as well, which is good.
