Sup! An up and down day today. Work was busy so didn’t get to be as active as I would have liked, but this afternoon I took a much needed beach walk, the water was still and calming, exactly what I needed after a day in front of the computer and after various confrontations with Karen’s in a couple of shops (of which I have just posted a video rant about on 3speak).
Let’s hope for more active opportunities tomorrow!
