✅-My-Bumpz back in the mix for another update.
Yesterday I was a bit down and lazy. I had a million worries in my mind. All I did was sweep Dogemaps and DRC20 tokens off of Doggy.market and Ordifind and sulk under the florescent lights of my dreary studio apartment.
Today I hit the ground running--literally. I mean at 5am I laced up and hit the lake trail for a jog. Sadly Actifit was not picking up my steps for some reason, because my count was only 547 after a good two mile jog.
It is what it is.
Nothing but hot weather and blue skies this afternoon, so I took my friend's dog on a walk.
The warm sunshine, the dog and the cloudless skies are like a healing balm for the spirit. Getting physical activity is important, but so is letting the sunshine and the fresh air heal you.
