Half the morning working, then off to meet a friend for lunch and catch up with all the gossip. She and her son have an allotment! Off to John Lewis after that to pick up a skein of Summerlite 4ply to test out, Also collected some more 3.75mm knitting needles. A cup of hot chocolate before starting the walk back to the car and then diverted into the Merchant of Venice, a quite nice restaurant with swings in the window. I had two starters (plenty) and a glass of wine.
It seems I managed to hit the saturated fat threshold on the head, also protein, but sadly fibre slightly below.
It was still light when I got home so I spent an hour in the garden clearing weeds. Very nice!
