Ran a mile yesterday, hell yea. Hadn't done that in a few weeks I think. Which honestly I'm not even sure if it's good for me, but pretty much get home on an empty stomach, pound a couple beers, smoke, throw in my headphones and I'm ready to run through a brick wall. Did a mile in 9:15 and honestly super fuckin proud of that considering how little I exercise and I was never that fast throughout middle/highschool. Think I've decided to shed a few more pounds - I've kinda stalled out. I actually hit 300 lbs at one point but down to 210ish. Size 40 to 34. Shit yea, go me 😂
