RE: Running Makes Me Feel Metal AF

Which app did you use to get the distance and time of run? I started running recently and need to find a way of tracking mine

Hey this is from Samsung Health. They just recently updated the software the tracking has gotten alot better. Its by far the best stats you can get for free. The analytics helps me push during my next workout. And the heart rate zones helps indicate what kinda burn I'm getting. I'm trying to lose weight so more interested in getting into the anaerobic and weight loss zones. This burns the fat I need it to.

I used to have a pro version of endomondo which also had a great setup for heart rate zones, but the free version doesn't provide the same stats. Same goes for strava.

That's neat. I'll look out for something like that. I'm also trying to lose a little weight if possible but my main goal is that I need that fitness and being able to carry myself. I'd also like to look more slender in the process.

Yeah I'm all about the fitness. Getting fit is the main goal anf losing the weight comes with it. However, I did birth a human about a year and a half ago. I put on a ton of weight (26kgs). So I have 5kgs more to go!

That's awesome, how do you combine the fitness with taking care of the baby?

Hahhaha!! We work around it. Run with a pram. Indoor workouts to nursery rhymes. Use her as a kettle bell to involve her. Give her high fives after I complete a set. I call her my coach lol.

Awww. I bet she looks forward to every work out session then
