Happy New year π
The first day of 2022 and I am settling myself new targets. So here we go, my targets:
- I want to be able to run 10 km in under 1 hour by the end of the year.
- I need to lose another 3 kg of weight
- I want to take up swimming again and make it part of my regular exercise routine
I started today with a gentle walk around my neighbourhood (it was understandably a late night). Infelt energised innthe afternoon though so did some push-ups, sit ups and dumbell work. I also did just over 30 min on the rowing machine.
So that is my fitness goals, as for other stuff.
- Write more posts and help build communities on #Hive
- Increase my HP by 3500
I start the year of with participating in Hive Power Up day. So already gave my self a head start to my goal. Although, the rest I need to grow organically.
