Leg routine

This report from Actifit is proof that calisthenics do make legs! Today we did a routine that we haven't done for a long time, but that still represents a challenge. It is a super series leg routine and a descending ladder. This means that at the beginning the number of repetitions was very high, but later it was reduced by 20 repetitions in each set, however, the rest time was also reduced by 1 minute in each set. The routine is as follows:

Finally I would like to highlight that this activity record was made with pure calisthenics movements, but unfortunately calisthenics is not as an activity in Actifit, so I had to put daily activity and bicycle, after all, in this last vehicle I move to my park every day. I hope that if the developer of Actifit reads this post, he will add calisthenics to the activities.

Rutina de piernas

¡Este reporte de Actifit es la prueba de que los calisténicos sí hacemos piernas! Hoy hicimos una rutina que no hacíamos desde hace mucho tiempo, pero que aún sigue representando un desafío. Se trata de una rutina de piernas en super serie y en escalera descendente. Esto quiere decir que al principio el número de repeticiones era muy alto, pero posteriormente se iba reduciendo en 20 repeticiones en cada serie, sin embargo, el tiempo de descanso también se iba reduciendo en 1 minuto en cada serie. La rutina es la siguiente:

Por último me gustaría destacar que este registro de actividad se hizo con puros movimientos de calistenia, pero lamentablemente la calistenia no está como actividad en Actifit, así que tuve que poner actividad diaria y bicicleta, después de todo, en este último vehículo me muevo a mi parque todos los días. Espero que si el desarrollador de Actifit lee este post, añada la calistenia a las actividades.
