Leg and core workout!
In this Actifit report I want to show you a little bit of my leg training. I started a little late because I was waiting for @manueloide to start and in the end we decided to start without him. Today's routine was not a routine as such, it is a challenge that we usually do together and consists of doing a complete lap of our park doing strides, taking into account that the total route is approximately 3 kilometers, it is quite long. We adopted this practice long ago and since then it has become customary, although some argue that it generates wear and tear, the truth is that it greatly strengthens the resistance of the legs since the stride is a compound exercise.
At the end of the routine I waited for @manueloide and my friend Euridice to start a HIIT abdominal routine, these are short but intense routines that really make me feel like I have an abdomen of steel. Finally we enjoyed a pleasant chat and shared a little and then retired to our homes, training is definitely an essential requirement for physical and emotional well-being.
In the photos you can see that we did leg raisings, some crunches and mountain climbing, all in a great superseries that made us sweat a lot, but it was completely worth it.

¡Entrenamiento de pierna y abdomen!
En este reporte de Actifit quiero mostrarles un poco de mi entrenamiento de piernas. Empecé un pocl tarde porque me quedé esperando a @manueloide para empezar y al final decidimos iniciar sin él. La rutina de hoy no era una rutina como tal, se trata de un desafío que solemos hacer juntos y consiste en dar una vuelta entera a nuestro parque haciendo zancadas, teniendo en cuenta que el recorrido total es de aproximadamente 3 kilómetros, es bastante largo. Nosotros adoptamos esta práctica hace mucho tiempo atrás y desde entonces se ha hecho costumbre, aunque algunos argumentan que genera desgaste, lo cierto es que fortalece mucho la resistencia de las piernas ya que la zancada es un ejercicio compuesto.
Al final de la rutina esperé a @manueloide y mi amiga Euridice para empezar una rutina HIIT de abdomen, estas son rutinas cortas pero intensas que realmente me hacen sentir que tengo un abdomen de acero. Finalmente disfrutamos de una charla amena y compartimos un poco para luego retirarnos a nuestros hogares, definitivamente el entrenamiento es un requisito indispensable para el bienestar físico y emocional.
En las fotos pueden apreciar que hicimos leg raisings, algunos crunches y escalada de montaña, todo en una gran superserie que nos hizo sudar mucho, pero valió completamente la pena.
