Cudowna sobota. Zaczęłam ją niezwykle przyjemnie, bo po śniadaniu i porannej kawce poszłam sobie pobiegać.
A wonderful Saturday. I started it off very pleasantly, because after breakfast and morning coffee I went for a run.
Terrorysta Garmin zarządził, że powinnam wykonać trening bazowy w wolnym tempie, 52 minuty biegania. Ale tak się składa, że ja nie jestem "bezdzietną lambadziarą" (:D sorki wszystkim lambadziarom <3, musiałam), więc po prostu nie mam tyle czasu. I nie ukrywajmy - kondycji takiej też nie mam. Zrobiłam 38 minut biegania, ale było to dość wymuszone, i dużo było w tym marszu, wspinania na górę widokową i robienia cudnych, jesiennych zdjęć ;)
Garmin the terrorist ordered me to do a base workout at a slow pace, 52 minutes of running. But it so happens that I am not a "childless bimbo" (:D sorry to all bimbos <3, I had to write this :D), so I simply do not have that much time. And let's be honest - I am not in that kind of shape either. I did 38 minutes of running, but it was quite forced, and there was a lot of walking, climbing a mountain with a view and taking beautiful, autumn photos ;)
A widoczki były zaiste znakomite. Zwykle jestem tutaj z wózkiem lub z małym Bomblem, więc w ciągu ostatnich 3 lat niezbyt często mam okazję wspinać się na te górki.
And the views were truly magnificent. I usually come here with a pushchair or with little Bomble, so I haven't had the chance to climb these hills very often in the last 3 years.
Widziałam też chyba ślady bytności bobra. Gdyż bobry w Kochłówce są. Natomiast nie wiem do końca, czy to ślady bobrów, czy jakichś nawałnic ostatnio. Stawiam na to pierwsze, bo nawet widziałam coś w stylu żeremia w budowie, ale czy ja się na tym znam?
I also saw traces of a beaver's presence, I think. Because there are beavers in Kochłówka. However, I don't know for sure if these are traces of beavers or some recent storms. I bet on the former, because I even saw something like a lodge under construction, but do I know anything about that?
No fajnie było :) a i potem nie mniej fajnie, rodzinny dzień w domu, trochę leniwy, a na pewno - cudowny.
Well, it was nice :) and then no less nice, a family day at home, a bit lazy, but definitely - wonderful.
