My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2023

After two days without posting, I'm back on track with my daily exercise routine. Today, I managed to reach my goal of 10,000 steps with a combination of grocery shopping, walking, and finishing with some stretching and strengthening exercises. The weather was cooperative, making it a good day overall. I know it's important to stay consistent with physical activity so I'm happy to be back on track. I hope I don’t miss any more days this week!
