It was a very hot day. I like the summer season, but the sweltering heat makes it very difficult for us to walk. Still, I managed to take 10 thousand steps.

On these hot Summer days I try to do most of my walking on the treadmill in the basement. I don't get to enjoy the beautiful flowers you do, but at least it's cooler.
