Today was a very active and productive day. I started with some running to keep my body in shape and add more steps to my daily goal. Later, I spent time in the kitchen baking cakes and preparing homemade food. Cooking and baking are not only creative activities, but also involve plenty of movement.
Taking care of my health means balancing physical exercise with enjoyable hobbies like cooking. It was a good mix of movement, relaxation, and tasty rewards at the end of the day.
