Saludos, comunidad de #hive y #swc, traigo mi reporte del día de hoy, en el cual realicé un paseo por el pueblo y tomé un par de fotos del paisaje, el clima estuvo muy agradable un poco nublado, luego de realizar el paseo casi al atardecer me dirigí al parque en el que me encontré con unos amigos para entrenar, realicé un par de ejercicios para fortalecer el abdomen como las elevaciones de piernas y aproveche para ejercitar un poco el tren superior con ejercicios de empuje como son los fondos en barra.
