My Chest Day Actifit Report Card: August 5 2024

Chesty day is always a big workout for me. Two and a half hours. Or was it three hours because I really made sure I put on rest period between sets.

I'm doing that because I think with the thirty second rest intervals has made most of my workouts into a cardio workout. Strength training is not supposed to be cardio.
