What can I say.
Legday. I'm really trying to target my glued because I heard from the grapevine it is the most functional lower muscle for most things.
Sweaty workout involving deep squats and pistol squats with a total count of twelve reps. Not sure what my end amount will be but I'm sure I want it to be a big number or else what's the point of a goal.
I didn't work on the land today because I was exhausted with my workout. Another thing I didn't finish with abs. I need to get it back to that state but my underwear was drenched already.
