I got in another 5K training session today that went really well!
Now the thing is when you compare it to the one I did last week, you’ll probably see that my time was a little bit higher and my pace slower overall. What’s interesting to note though is last time I had to stop twice to tie my shoelaces, so I paused my tracker.
That’s why it shows two different times – one for workout and one for overall elapsed.
While my time today was higher than my workout time last run, but it was shorter than the overall elapsed time. I tied my laces appropriately so I didn’t have to stop this time around and was able to push through although I think I started off with too slow of a pace.
I’ll take it as a net positive though and continue working to get my time down over the next few runs!

Definitely a positive! Good pace indeed! I am around the same pace as well for my 5K but now I will need to push for lower as I look to compete with someone, lol.
