A Great Start of Actifit & Appics LiveFitChallenge2021 Earlier Today
After a lot of preparation for kicking off the LiveFitChallenge2021, our biggest event (yet) for the year 2021 in collaboration with Appics team, finally we got to D-Day. And boy was it a blast !
Earlier today at 10 AM UTC, we had the first session of LiveFitChallenge with our coach Lena (@soldier) who took us through an amazing workout. And whats best to kick off the challenge than burning those ABS!!
We've had around 30 viewers tuned in on the live show, and more than 100 views so far.
If you missed the live workout, fear NOT! We already have it recorded for you on both youtube and 3speak. You can check out the recordings just below and follow Lena's lead for your first workout day.
Keep in mind to get your daily actifit rewards, and to participate in the grand prizes of #LiveFitChallenge2021, you need to make a post on actifit app with the #LiveFitChallenge2021, as well as progress posts on appics including at least a photo/selfie of you taking part in the workout, or even a short video (60 seconds max).
