Nach der Arbeit wollte ich heute eigentlich nur ein bisschen spazieren gehen und das gute Wetter genieĂen â und genau das habe ich dann auch gemacht.
Ansonsten war der Tag eher unspektakulĂ€r: arbeiten, essen, ein bisschen bewegen â fertig.
Ich bin aber heute mal wieder auf die Waage gestiegen â und siehe da: drei Kilo weniger!
Ich gehe allerdings stark davon aus, dass das fast ausschlieĂlich Wasser war, das ich ĂŒber die letzten Tage verloren habe. Mein Körperfettwert ist im Gegenzug stark nach oben geschossen, wĂ€hrend der Muskulaturwert massiv gesunken ist.
Das passiert oft bei Dehydrierung â Wasserverlust wird hĂ€ufig als Muskelmasse ausgelegt, was den Fettanteil dann scheinbar âsteigenâ lĂ€sst.
GefĂŒhlt bin ich aber dĂŒnner denn je â das passt also irgendwie nicht zusammen.
Ich werde die nĂ€chsten Tage einfach wieder ordentlich trinken und essen â dann wird sich das alles wieder einpendeln.
Jetzt bin ich mal gespannt, ob das Wochenende wirklich so heiĂ wird, wie angekĂŒndigt. Irgendwie hab ich Bock drauf â irgendwie aber auch nicht. Wir werden sehen.

After work today, I just wanted to take a walk and enjoy the nice weatherâand thatâs exactly what I did.
Otherwise, it was a pretty uneventful day: work, food, a bit of movementâdone.
I did step on the scale todayâand surprise: Iâm three kilos lighter!
Pretty sure itâs almost entirely water weight lost over the past few days. My body fat reading shot up, and muscle mass dropped significantly.
Thatâs typical when you're dehydratedâscales often interpret water loss as muscle loss, which in turn bumps up the body fat percentage.
Funny enough, I feel leaner than everâso that number doesnât quite reflect how I feel.
Iâll just make sure to eat and hydrate properly over the next few days, and things should balance back out.
Now Iâm curious to see if this weekend really will be as hot as predicted. Part of me is looking forward to itâpart of me dreads it. Letâs see.
