Well you know we have a lot of that stuff here. There are two fish and chip shops in the village. I think cod and plaice are the big sellers, but they do scampi, sausages and pies too. Prices have gone up lately, but that will be due to rising costs. Mind you, the portions can be pretty big.
I think your stuff over there is probably a bit next level compared to ours here. I could be wrong though. These pan fish are a bit different from the typical cod, pollack, or halibut they often use for fish and chips. I'd be interested to know what a person from the UK thinks of it.
