Our elders always prefer to have pure ghee....they used to ve farmer and does many hard work....I saw them living healthy...and fine years.

Until some industry corporations started pushing their artificial products, such as highly processed plant oils (like margarine and palm oil) and cereals (mostly sugar), people didn’t experience issues like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease. Those were marginal issues.

Processed food is always harmful, but getting something fresh nowadays is hard...Still.we try to make few things at home and that taste much better....like cottage cheese or ghee...through cow milk.
